Grain-Free Paleo Porridge
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut and Almond Meal (of each)
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed and Collagen (of each)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Nut Butter
- Add Milk to a pan and warm on a medium heat.
- Add almond meal, flax seed, collagen, cinnamon and coconut and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Once cooked, pour into a bowl and top with nut butter and your favourite toppings (fresh strawberries, passionfruit pulp or blueberries)
