High Protein Yogurt Bowl
- 150 grams Coconut Yoghurt
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Vanilla Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond or Cashew Butter
- 1 Handful Paleo, Gluten-Free Granola
- 1 cup Fruit of Choice Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, Blueberries
- Combine yoghurt, chia seeds and collagen powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes or overnight.
- Serve with nut butter, granola and fresh (or frozen) fruit.
