Acai Bowl

A vegan, creamy acai smoothie bowl recipe. Perfect for a warm summer morning or afternoon pick me up!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp Acai Power I used Morlife Organic Acai Powder
  • 1-2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 handful Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 serving Protein Powder I used Paleo Pro Products
  • 1 serving Collagen I used Great Lakes Gelatin
  • 2 tsp Morlife Essential Reds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings, such as coconut flakes, granola or a tbsp of peanut butter.
