- 3 tsp Acai Power I used Morlife Organic Acai Powder
- 1-2 handfuls Spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 handful Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 serving Protein Powder I used Paleo Pro Products
- 1 serving Collagen I used Great Lakes Gelatin
- 2 tsp Morlife Essential Reds
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings, such as coconut flakes, granola or a tbsp of peanut butter.
