  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 15 gram protein powder clean, vanilla
  • 15 gram collagen
  • 1 tbsp nut butter heaped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower frozen
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁠

Instructions
 

  • Blend and depending on consistency, pour into a glass or a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings. ⁠
