Did you know that walnuts are sooo good for you?! They are high in essential fatty acid omega-3 and contain iron, calcium, zinc and vitamin E! Plus they taste sooo good!
1 banana, frozen
Handful of frozen cauliflower
1/3 cup walnuts
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice or more
Pinch of sea salt
A serving of protein (I used @paleopro)
A serving of collagen (I used @greatlakesgelatin)
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
