Grain-free Paleo Porridge

Serves: 2-3⁠
Ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk (a clean one is @pureharvest or you can make your own using recipe on my website)⁠
1/4 cup each of desiccated coconut & almond meal⁠
1 tbsp each flax & collagen (I use @greatlakesgelatin)⁠
1 tsp cinnamon⁠
1 pinch quality rock salt⁠
1 tbsp of nut butter (I used almond butter)⁠
Add toppings of choice: eg Sliced berries 🍓, passionfruit pulp, coconut 🥥etc ⁠

Method
1. Warm milk up for 1 minute on medium heat. Add almond meal, flax, collagen, cinnamon and coconut and cook for 1-2 minutes ⁠

2. Add nut butter, toppings and serve⁠

NB You can swap the coconut and almond meal for oats for a grain porridge. 💗⁠

Strawberry Super Bites

Strawberries Super Bites! Nutrient-dense, delicious snack perfect for a mid-morning or afternoon pick up or a sweet treat after dinner!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of nut butter (I used almond butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt salt
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup organic dried strawberries from @thesourcebulkfoods
Dash of almond milk (more or less depending on how dry your mixture is)

Method
Mix nut butter, vanilla, coconut and salt in a bowl until well incorporated. Add flours and mix in, Add the chia and strawberries and mix into a soft dough Roll into balls using hands or use cookie scoop to shape. Store in the fridge for up to a week and freeze for a month, that's if they can last that long hehe ! P.s. you can mix ingredients in a blender too!
