For starters, it’s not just WHAT to do to improve your health and happiness, but HOW to do it. Perhaps! Eating real food with fresh ingredients costs more than frozen chips or McDonalds. But the cost to your health of not eating this way is very high too. I'd go so far as saying you can save thousands of dollars eating this way because it’s keeping you well.
