Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter heaped, or 2 tbsp if preferred
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 avocado frozen, or a handful of frozen cauliflower
  • 15 gram protein powder chocolate
  • 15 gram collagen

Instructions
 

  • Blend and enjoy with a sprinkle of cacao nibs for some crunch.
