Raw Birthday Cake
- 2 cup Cashews or seed for nut free
- 1/2 tsp Quality Salt
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 6 Large Medjol Dates
- 2 serves Vanilla Protein Collagen I used ATP Science
- 2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Add ingredients (except almond milk) into a food processor or blender.
- Blitz until the mixture resembles sticky crumbs.
- Add Almond Milk until sticky enough to press into a pan.
- Place mixture into a pan, press firmly then refrigerate.
