What if I don't have kids yet or am a male?

You’re needed and welcome in this program! This program will start the process of boosting your energy, releasing excess weight, balancing blood sugar, and eating right on a busy schedule. You’ll be on the right track, whatever your status happens to be.   

What kind of food is included in the recipes?

The food is paleo-style hunter gatherer which is anti inflammatory to the body because I’m all about eating real food, and whole food. In this program, you’ll learn to eat in a way that your body responds really well to -- and in a way that native communities around the world that are free of modern disease and haven’t yet been westernised eat. The meal plans are flexible enough you can swap any of the foods for other whole foods to fit foods you want to eat.  

Doesn't eating this way cost more?

To a degree absolutely - eating real food with fresh ingredients costs more than frozen chips or fast food. But the cost to your health of not eating this way is very high too.
