  • 1/2 Banana Frozen or Fresh
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 Cup Zucchini Sliced Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 Serve Protein powder
  • 1 Serve Collagen
  • 1 tsp Essential Reds Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nut milk
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend and depending on thickness pour into a cup or bowl.
  • Top with some favourite crunch.
