Healthy Muesli Bars

Nut Free, One Bowl and zero nasties healthy muesli bars.
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 2 hrs
Total Time 2 hrs 12 mins
Course snacks and sweet treats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 serves Vanilla Collagen
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Choc Chips
  • 1 Block of Dark Chocolate Topping

Instructions
 

  • Hand mix all dry ingredients.
  • Add egg and tahini, mix should become sticky.
  • Spread evenly into a pan.
  • Melt chocolate and add stevia to taste.
  • Spread over the top and pop in the fridge to set.
